Many teachers offer an option of in person or live online sessions via Zoom and other platforms. Please get in touch with your local teacher for more details.
Everyone on our Teacher Listing is formally qualified to teach matwork, but many hold a number of more specialist qualifications (click here for some more information on our ‘Healthy Backs’ programme of classes). This means they have the additional skills, knowledge and competence in those areas. All have passed the necessary assessments and and all hold relevant insurance.
