We had a very special day at the Body Control Pilates Centre on April 27th 2024 – so special that we called it ‘Super Saturday’!
With studio sessions all day, over 20 Reformer and Mat classes running, and more than 120 teachers attending, it was quite a day! We’re now catching our breath and look forward to planning the next one in November 2024 – details soon!
