Group Classes
All classes are payable in advance to secure your place. Please see the latest schedule for prices and special offers.
Unless it is a one-off ‘Taster Week’ or Summer class, group Matwork and Reformer classes may only be booked as a block, not as individual sessions. In the event of a late cancellation (within 2 working days of the start of a block of classes) or in the event of a ‘no show’, you will be charged at the full applicable rate for the block.
Sorry, any classes missed in a block cannot be refunded separately. Whilst catch up classes are not available, we will do our best to offer you an alternative class at the same level or lower within that block (a make up class) This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If you are unable to make a class please give us at least 24 hours notice and we will do our best to find you a space in another class within the block. You need to call up on the morning of the ‘make up class’ to see if there is space but as said before but this can’t be guaranteed.
If you cancel a class within 24 hours sorry but we cannot offer you a make up class.
All make up classes must be within the same block and cannot be rolled over.
If you are a coming to a block of classes for the first time, we will ask you to complete an Enrolment Form, which should be emailed back to us before your first class – or handed in to our Reception Desk when you arrive. The information on this form enables our teacher to be aware of any injuries or other limitations so that they can ensure that you are working safely in the class.
In the Summer or during Taster Week individual classes are non refundable and make up classes are not available.
Private 1:1 Sessions
Private sessions are payable by cheque or cash directly to the teacher concerned, unless you are advised otherwise.
If you are a new client, when booking your first private session you will be asked to provide a £20 deposit to guarantee your booking.
There is no charge if you cancel up to 2 working days before your session. If you cancel within 2 working days or if you do not attend your session, you will be fully charged at the full rate by the remaining balance.
Studio Sessions
Studio sessions are payable in full to Body Control Pilates upon booking your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment before midday on the day before your appointment, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel later than that time or if you do not attend your session, you will be fully charged at the applicable rate.
All prices include VAT @ 20%
