After two spectacularly successful ‘Super Saturdays’ in 2025, it’s time to plan for 2026!
However, our weekend schedule for 2026 is already so packed that we’ve decided to break with tradition and plan our first ‘Fabulous Friday‘.
It will run at the Body Control Pilates Centre in London on Friday March 20th 2026 . Open to Pilates Teachers and Body Control Pilates matwork students, it will offer a packed day of classes and studio sessions through to 6pm.
