Housed in a listed building known colloquially as ‘The Dairy’ due to its historical use, our Centre enjoys an excellent location on the border of Covent Garden and Bloomsbury in Little Russell Street, just a few minutes’ walk from four underground stations.

two fully-equipped studios, staffed by senior Body Control Pilates teachers and housing a full range of Balanced Body and Peak Pilates studio equipment. Open on weekdays, clients may book into the studios for private tuition, studio sessions or group equipment classes
two group matwork studiosThe Centre offers male and female changing rooms. A private changing room is available on request.
At weekends, the Centre is given over fully to Body Control Pilates teacher training and professional development courses and workshops for teachers.
