Body Control Pilates Class Timetable

We are running a full timetable of live-stream Pilates classes run by our London teachers.

Classes include; Core Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Healthy Back, Healthy Bones, Pilates for Pregnancy, Pilates & Massage, Stretch Pilates and Pilates & Ballet Barre Combo.

You can book into the same class for 6 weeks at the following prices; £52 for all classes except Reformer Classes are £72.

You can now book online and view the schedule (you will need to create an account on your first visit).
